The book

The book (Kindle, paperback and hardcover) is sold by Amazon, not by us, so Amazon's return policy applies. Amazon decides on returns and refunds; see Amazon's help pages for the details.

For Kindle ebooks, Amazon usually lets you return a book within 7 days of buying it, through "Manage your content and devices" in your Amazon account or through Amazon customer service.

Free downloads

The plan, the checklist and the Welcome Pack are free, so there's nothing to refund. If one doesn't open or looks wrong, email hey@myhappytail.dog and we'll help.
